I have worked in media for over six years. Currently a Video Editor for Maryland Public Television, I've assembled and prepared numerous local and national PBS programs for broadcast, including shows such as 'To Dine For' and 'My Greek Table.' During the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of a social media initiative, I edited and produced a series of videos to demonstrate behind the scenes processes for providing high quality content for public television. I am the main tape operator and editor for 'Direct Connection,' MPT's weekly news call-in program.
In my career I have played many roles of video production including
editing, graphics, on-camera hosting, as well as camera operation. As a
former Community Television Coordinator for Erickson Senior Living, I was responsible for the production of a daily informational news program for the campus' internal television station, as well as audio visual set up and maintenance for campus events and residental apartments.
You can often find me editing at home even in my time off of work. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I am an avid Ravens fan and Orioles fan. I enjoy many pop-culture series such as Star Wars, Spider-Man, and many more. When not at a computer, I play Ultimate frisbee and video games, and enjoy spending time with my wife Julia, and my puppy Sly.
